Please make sure you review the drop off and pick up procedures!

If you will be doing the drive through pick up, you will need to have the QR coded tag for your child. If you don’t have it yet, you will need to pick one up before you can do drive through pick up.

Students, staff, families and friends are invited to join us for MIMS Spirit Day at Jerry Built in West U. Kids and adults love their family- friendly fare, including hamburgers, hot dogs, salads and milkshakes.

Jerry Built will donate a percentage of our total sales to our PTO.

Proposed By Law Changes: adding 2 new board members

Article VI – OFFICERS AND THEIR ELECTION, Section A, 1.  The officers of this organization shall consist of a President, Elementary School Vice President, Middle School Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Parliamentarian, Historian, Community Fundraiser, Corporate Fundraiser, Chinese New Year Event Director, and Faculty Representative.
Article VII – DUTIES OF OFFICERS
Section B – Elementary School Vice President shall:
1. Assist the president and carry out the president’s duties in his or her absence; 2. Be authorized to sign on bank accounts; 3.  Assist in coordinating needs and communications of elementary school grades, PTO membership, & administration.
Section C – Middle School Vice President shall:
1. Assist the president and carry out the president’s duties in his or her absence; 2. Be authorized to sign on bank accounts; 3.  Assist in coordinating needs and communications of middle school grades, PTO membership, & administration.
Section K – Chinese New Year Event Director shall:
1. Setup planning committees early to start CNY event planning activities & fundraising activities; 2. Be liaison of CNY event committees to communicate with board & administration; 3. Assist in coordination & execution of CNY event plans.

Come join us for MCLIMS Inaugural Golf Tournament- Swinging “Fore” Education. All are welcome including family and friends. Registration fees include unlimited range balls for the day, golf and golf cart ( golf club rentals excluded ) and burger buffet lunch.

Tournament Format
The tournament will be a 4-person scramble format. A best ball is selected after each player have played their shot. In addition, “Bogey (1-over par)” will be the highest score for each hole.

Bylaw Update

Following By-law changes were proposed on 10/2 regarding electronic payment and check authorization. Vote on this proposed change to the By-law will take place on the November PTO General Meeting. Please email comments/concerns to ‘mclimspto@gmail.com’

Article X.Section B.

1.  All PTO checks under $25000 will have a single signatory either the Treasurer or the President as long as there is documentation of approval (physical or electronic) by two of the following PTO Board officers: Treasure, President, Vice President or Secretary.

2.  Electronic payment of expenses will be permitted so long as there is documentation of approval (physical or electronic) by two of the following PTO Board officers: Treasure, President, Vice President or Secretary.

3.  Documentation of Approval shall be archived & presented for review when necessary.
